Hello Beautiful Beings,
In this episode, you will hear stories from our listeners:
Jersey Joe from New Jersey, Dr. Renee G. in North Carolina, and Coach Sherri Jones in Charlotte, NC. All of the contributors intentionally escaped the busyness and chaos of their day to generate and share their masterpieces using the words: SAND, OCEAN, WAVES.
Special thanks to KPMoore who keeps us laughing on Twitter with his shared jokes.
Thank you for sharing with me and the listeners.

I just want you to take a moment to laugh. The frown off is what I call it. Laugh. Your frown off here is a joke for you boss. Do you believe in life after death employee? Certainly not. There's no proof of it, boss. Well, there is. Now after you left early yesterday to go to your uncle's funeral, he came here looking for you. All right. I'm glad you had an opportunity to just chuckle. Hopefully you did. And now into our stories that were based on the words last week's word , sand ocean waves. Our first piece comes from a number one supporter. I mean they all have been here since day one and apparently they enjoy contributing and stepping away. But Jersey Joe here in New Jersey, and here we go today, the nightmare continues crossing the burning sands jumping waves to arrive in the so-called American venue. Can you imagine the fear that our ancestors had of the ocean and crash waves and to think this done by some joker who at best lived in caves, it's been stated that all the world is a stage, but I concur. This is not true. When it comes to jumping freaking waves, what kind of humans go in extract families and drag them across the sands and to add insult to injury, to a taboo land. Cold is ice with no temperature, no heartbeat and no fear for loss of life. As we review daily events, these very issues are playing out in plain sight. Oh, say, can you see? Never meant much to the remember all people are people. And if you bear that in mind, there is no need for SQL . Yay, Joe , thank you for that. I always, you know , get excited and wonder what he's going to bring because if you've been listening for a while , you know that Joe comes from a space of poetry when he does his stories with the three words. So thank you, Joe. You are appreciated . Next. We will hear from Dr. Renee in North Carolina, there is nothing like the white sands, blue ocean and calm waves to relax the body and mind the blue ocean vision causes the mind to calm. The sound of waves makes you feel like you're floating away to a peaceful worry-free world. If you're laying in the sand, it massages your body, the salt from the ocean lenses. Wow. Nature's health spa. Thank you Dr. Renee for contributing each week as well. I appreciate you. I'm thankful and humble that you take the time away from patients and give some time to yourself to draft a story based on the three words each week up next, we will hear from coach Sherry work-life development coach in Charlotte, North Carolina. This piece is dedicated to Joseph Jones, who was a childhood friend and a classmate from my hometown, such a tragedy in my most favorite spot in the U S Destin, Florida Destin is magnificent and is a getaway that makes you think you are on a tropical Island. The sand is pure white. The ocean is mesmerizing and the waves are gentle enough to put the most cranky baby into a peaceful sleep. One day, some years ago, Joe and his family were vacationing in Destin, Florida. There was a serious undercurrent that some girls were caught up in Joe , who was a strong swimmer, rushed out to rescue them while saving the last person. Joe did not have the strength to also save it themself . In spite of that tragedy, destined is still my favorite place to go. And when I do, I always smile about times past and think of my hometown hero. Joseph Jones, may he rest in paradise? Wow. Coach Sherry . Thank you for sharing the story. Co-chair you know, I appreciate you for always contributing each week from episode one.
